Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will receive a full refund, processed within 5 business days.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund. However, where appropriate, appointments may be rescheduled at the practitioner’s discretion.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session, and you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
