I am Rachel Perry, a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Strategic Psychotherapist, EMDR Practitioner and verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator. Under the Soul Shift brand, I offer two powerful branches of support: Soul Shift Hypnotherapy and Soul Shift Breath. These can also be combined into a unique hybrid treatment approach for deeper and lasting transformation.

Through these offerings, I help people release what no longer serves them, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with their inner strength.

This is a space for practical and embodied healing. Whether you are working through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity changes, or simply feel stuck and unsure where to turn next, you are in the right place.

Soul Shift Hypnotherapy offers forward focused sessions that blend deep subconscious work with strategic therapeutic guidance. You do not need to revisit the past. Instead, we focus on the patterns that keep you stuck and use hypnosis to create meaningful change from within. Sessions are available in person in Ballarat or online from anywhere in the world.

Soul Shift Breath offers immersive 9D Breathwork journeys designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and powerful inner insight. I am proud to be a verified 9D Breathwork Facilitator and run these sessions regularly in Ballarat and Altona.

All sessions are created to be safe, supportive, and empowering, whether you choose breathwork, hypnotherapy, or a combination of both.
